GWS is the abbreviation of grow without shell. GWS is the fruit of the pumpkin which is a variation of Chinese pumpkin and American pumpkin. Because the seed’s shell has degenerated into a thin layer of membrane, it’s much easier to eat. Compared to pumpkin seed kernel(pepitas), GWS is in a deeper green color. Besides, GWS could also be refined into a kind of high-grade nutrition health edible oil.
